Cannabis seeds are sold exclusively as collectible genetic preservation souvenirs. It is your responsibility to know and comply with local laws regarding cannabis seeds in your jurisdiction.

You must be of legal age in your province or jurisdiction to purchase from our site. In Canada: 21 in Quebec, 18 in Alberta, 19 in all other provinces. Age verification is mandatory before any purchase.

• Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers and US dollars (USD) for international customers, based on the daily exchange rate.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed by Ecwid/Lightspeed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
• All sales are final once an order has been shipped.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if we suspect illegal use.
• Inventory is updated in real time. If a product is out of stock after your order, we will contact you for a refund or exchange.
• Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) ship same day (business days).

• Unopened products — returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging.
• Damaged products — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund.
• Lost packages — contact us within 15 days of shipment. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

All site content — text, images, logos, design — is the property of Plantation Premium Seeds or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Partner breeder trademarks belong to their respective owners.

• We are not responsible for packages seized by customs on international shipments.
